My personal opinion is that Mr Mellor should resign from the HB for the letter he posted on Christmas Day.
The letter which was total fabrication has caused considerable trouble through falconry...

Unfortunately it's no so black and white. The making do can and does bring falconry into disrepute ie poaching, eagles on public parks etc

Of course they do, but experienced falconers / hawks make it look easy.
I have witnessed it look easy on the bogs in Ireland. Should also add experienced dogs too.

Most Eyasses will be getting...

Are you talking about catching Snipe in level flight/ out of the hood or from waiting on ?
The leisurely climb to a decent pitch is not always straight forward, ie strong winds,...
