Re: New Hoods

Unfortunately I do not currently have the time to make any at the moment. My day job is taking preference.

I hope one day to be able to return...

Re: Basic Behavioral Training - Red-Shouldered Hawk

Re: Essex Beginner seeking Peregrine or Kestrel owner

I cannot see what the problem is here. Someone wants to start in the sport and would like to link up with someone who flies a particular species - because that is what they are initially interested...

Re: JPJ on Westcountry News Today

I don't know about this Rene. I've faced much worse sexism in other hobbies and in my career in law than from other falconers. In fact my experience is the exact opposite. I once had a man refuse...

You might want to tell that to the Birmingham Six or Sally Clark....or in fact any number of other people who have been convicted, appealed and overturned their convictions.

What you are really...

Re: Goshawk taker

I was truly appalled when I saw this programme. It was an injustice in itself in the way it portrayed Paul and frankly added insult to injury.

Paperwork is, unfortunately, important - we are all...

At a range near Newcastle.

I'm relatively new to shotguns Louise and I don't currently feel confident enough for live game yet. I'm trying to get to the range as often as possible to improve...

Re: Paynes gloves

I wouldn't sell a hand made (i.e. no machine sewing at all) for less than ú100. For that price any glove would always be bespoke.

In the past I have sold them for less, but the time and effort...

Re: Consultation is a Legal Requirement

Nope - any affected person can bring a JR. So anyone affected by the failure to consult decision - i.e anyone who has paid to register a hybrid - could bring JR proceedings.

The Hawk Board, BFC...

Re: Will Falconry in th UK ever be banned?

The answer for the foreseeable future is no.

I think the country and it's politicians have other, albeit (to falconers clearly) more trivial, matters like the break up of the EU to occupy them....
