Does anyone fly kestrels and live in the north west who would be willing to let me watch and learn how to keep. Train and fly the bird?

Having originally thought about starting with a small BOP after advice I have changed my mind to something a bit bigger like a saker or lanner falcon. Where do you fly your birds if you don't mind me...

I know as big as possible is better but what size mews with flight is adequate for a bird the size of a saker falcon or lanner?

The space in my garden where I hope to have the mews/flight is 7 foot by 12 foot. That's the biggest space in the garden will that be enough ? I want to be certain the space I am able to provide is...
