I had exactly the same set up on my home made swing perch but had a jess extender fitted. Had no trouble at all with redtail and goldie x steppes eagle.

Re: Masters of the mews

"Del Boy" Master of the mews is known world wide. Has a very good reputation. If I were you just give him a call. It may well not be his fault due to couriers.??

Re: Change in behaviour of male Redtail during last few weeks

Hope you get lucky with a second clutch. I know what it feels like mate, a whole season building up for it then nothing to show. All you can do is try mate, nothing to lose.
