WTO isn't from flying, it's from being wet, it's frost bite.

Dry, down to 0 centigrade. Wet, 5 centigrade and make sure dry and warm before putting away.

Sorry, but...

There is no "LANTRA" falconry course. LANTRA only administer the award paperwork and audit the assessors.

Any course labeled "LANTRA Falconry" is a pozer trying to rob you....

It's a shame that most club's don't send reps to the HB meetings. I went on behalf of 2 of my clubs but I lived very close to the meeting site. Of course, I'm not sure how many clubs pay their subs.

I'll throw my 2p in. A little 'by example', may help. Get the bird in sight of another HH handling and feeding, sitting on the fist, etc..

I've done this and it works.

He's not big. Exact sub-species is probably not possible. Most likely mid African mix, not the big northern or Italian birds.
