Default Hi looking for a Mentor in Wigan or Surrounding Areas

Hi I am looking for a mentor to give me advice and teach me everything they want to teach !!! I have not got any kind of bop and will not do until I feel I am well trained and confident enough to deal with any issues that may arise . I am also looking into joining the british falconry club so I can learn more from there.

Hello Paul. One or two falconers round your way. I hope you get sorted.

Maybe offer a few pies in return.

Keep trying. Im sure you will get someone to help.

Regards
Dean

Mentor, club, meets, try to gain has much experience as you can once you have or feel confident enough to take the task on start again with your introduction, so often the glamour or status of being a austringer or falconer overides the required dedication to actually be one, if your lucky enough to find a dedicated falconer to allow you into his world listen to him for he would have made all the mistakes you dont want to make.jmo tommy

Cheers tommy I understand the needs and time it takes for a bop as i used to have a kestrel when i was younger , but have been into fieldsports for a long time now but not considered a bop because didnt think i could give the bop it deserved until 2 years ago i hav been gettin more time on my hands and i wouldnt do that to the bird as too many peops seem to get bop,s on a whim or fashion accessorie coz looks good . I think tighter legislasion needs to come in to enforce the keeping of a bop!
