Default Fly days

Is there anybody doing fly days or can I tag along with somebody on a hunt this season just trying to get some experience and to learn along the way because the books as good as they are can't teach experience thanks Niall

Default Re: Fly days

Suggest you come and join one of the clubs in the area. The nearest ones to you are the British Falconers Club NW Group which meets at the Red Lion at Newburgh near Ormskirk on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:00 pm - next meeting is Tuesday 26th July. The other is the Cheshire Hawking Club which meets at the Saracens Head at Lymm on the second Tuesday of the Month at 8:00pm - so their next meeting is 9th August. Both clubs have large numbers of Field meetings that you are very welcome to come and spectate ( I help to organise both clubs including Field meets - so will be there personally on some of them) Hope to meet you at one of these two clubs or even both if you like ?
