Default Pros and cons of flying a bird of prey, and temperament differences

Hi guys, newbie here.

I have attended proper falconry training in the past months, but as I do my researches to complete my LANTRA workbook I cannot find any useful links or information in books, so I am asking you guys if you can help me out.

Apart from getting it fit, what are the advantages of flying a BOP?

What are the pros and cons and differences between Imprinted, crèche reared and parent reared birds?

I know that imprinted birds are tamer, although they tend to develop aggressive behaviours against other owls, while parent reared birds tend to be more difficult to tame and train.
I honestly have not been taught what crèche rearing is.

Thank you so much for your help guys

I'm newbie here and still need to learn a lot from it. Let me check too. Anyway, as I have read about it, their pro's & cons will depend on species.
