Does it have to initially be a payment club?
Start as a social night and see what interest you get. (no need for admin to start with)

Sounds like a great idea, when I was just starting out I joined the BFC and asked if there were any falconers in my area (which was Stroud), nobody got back to me but if there was a local club that would have been brilliant. I'm in the BFC but if you make it possible to join that club as well as be a member of the BFC I'd deffo join. If yez need any help with anything setting it up, I'm free to help from end of June through to September, I'm not very useful mind but if I can help I will.
