Default Looking for a bit of help in exchange for help

First post so here goes.... looking at getting into falconry, well hunting with a hawk,,my end goal is to hunt a gos but I know that's not going to happen anytime in the near future, so looking at getting a harris for now, possibly a redtail.
But before I even look at buying a bird, I'd appreciate if someone would be willing to show me the ropes, don't mind doing jobs you don't want to, even willing to pay for lessons as I know hawks cost money to keep, or will happily be a ferret carrier, game carrier or beater on a day out.
It's all good reading books and topics on here but nothing beats first hand experience, so if someone would be willing to give me a little help/advice in exchange for me helping you, I'd be grateful.

You may wish to join a club - though none of the main falconry club. You will get lots of support in the clubs and also access to Field Meetings to see Hawks & Falcons hunting and getting a better understanding of the sport
There is the British Falconers Club - meets at Newburgh near Parbold postcode WN8 7NF - this meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:00pm I am regional chairman and you do NOT need to seek permission to attend - you (and any other beginners for that matter) are more than welcome to turn up Thanks
