Default Edinburgh area

I am hoping to find a falconer in the (ideally) south Edinburgh area, as I am looking to explore it as a hobby/craft. I've been fascinated with birds of prey from a very young age. In the long term I would like to train my horse to get used to birds (and vice versa, the bird to become comfortable around horses) so I can ride and fly. Would love to find a falconer who might also be interested in their bird growing accustomed to working with horses. I'm an experienced and knowledgable horsewoman, with a little but not a lot of falconry experience. Extremely keen and interested to learn.
