Our minimum requirements are:

1. Spend a year out hawking with falconers
2. Join a recognised falconry club
3. Pass a written/oral exam
4. Pass a mews and equipment inspection
5. Fall under a mentor

All before getting ones first hawk - if you don't like it tough move to another country with less restriction.
