Default Greetings from Canada

Hey all

It has been a long, long time since I have posted on here; but given that most of what I did post was rubbish, there is no great loss

My fiance and I emigrated from Chester, UK, over to Cochrane, Alberta, last September and we've been pretty busy ever since.

We're loving Canada and have made some great friends... but I digress. I have been able to snap a few shots of some of the wildlife (although the Bald Eagle who lives 500 meters away remains elusive ). I thought I would share some of the shots of animals and scenery with ya'll.

Hope you are all well. Best wishes to Morganna, Big Joe Joe, Tommy No Mates, K Daggers and the others - particularly Gary Lloyd (gazzno6).

Best wishes

Andy and Lauren
& Boomer and Digger (yes, we flew them over too)

Some more...

Hi, Andy and Lauren.
I'm an ex-pat myself now living in the land down under! They all say it's no good for falconry...let them think that!!!! Hope you continue to enjoy your time over there, it sure looks nice countryside.
Regards, Michael.

Aye, loving it over here! Got a job in the big city (Calgary) and live out in the country. Aye, was hoping to get out again with you but the last two months were pretty hectic!

At the moment, I don't have the time or land for a bird. In a couple of years I aim to have some land (as it is pretty cheap over here) and then hope to get something set up. But you know how inexperienced I am with BOP's so I need to find a mentor over here first too.

But I do have a Ford F150 Supercab Truck with a 5.4 V8 engine... nice (I'll put a pic up soon).

Hope you and your lady are well!

Hey Joe, lovely to hear from you. Hope you are well. As I said above, no BOP mentor or plans for the next few years but a guy saw me down the dog park with Boomer the other day (I was brushing up on his training) and has asked me to go out bird shooting with him in the season - which is pretty much down to your help; thank you.

I'm also working on Boomer following deer tracks - which he does really well, it's getting the sod to stop thats the problem
