Default Hawking on a Sunday

I appreciate members often Hawk on a Sunday and as a result I expect you to respect the Game laws in the Uk when it comes to Posting about your exploits. From now on talking about taking game on a Sunday or posting Photos of Game taken on a Sunday will earn you an automatic 48 hr ban.

You've been warned.

Are you exempting those hunting game in Scotland Si, considering that the Sunday law does not apply here? We in Scotland shouldn't be taking duck on Sunday, of course.

Johny it will apply to anyone where the relevant law prohibits them from taking game on a Sunday.

Simon,

I for one appreciate the stance you're taking on this. It's about time the forum took some responsibility for the legitimacy of what's posted on here instead of just numbers of posts.
regards Alistair

Thank you Alistair. Numbers of posts have never concerned me (Its not my Forum) What does concern me is people openly posting about what is technically criminal activity, and is clearly against the T&C of the forum. I couldn't care what people do in reality but I would like to think many of our members have enough about them to observe the laws of the land, its the posting of such activity on here I object to. I wonder how many would post up that they currently have no Car Tax or Insurance, or that they were responsible for a burglary etc! Far too many members think because its only 1 Pheasant nobody will care.....Wrong!

I think this law is such an stupid out dated one that needs changing. If your dog pegs a pheasant on a sunday is that illigal?
I'm not having a go at you personally simon, just think the law is rediculous. Someone give me a reason why you cant hunt something that has been bred and released for killing on a sunday
