A sparrowhawk alarm call is a louder and sharper kek-kek-kek than the one you posted. Sounds more like a food pass. Also sounds like more than one bird possibly a female calling to young.
Any female call that isn't his mate would scare him off as he wouldn't want to end up being dinner lol.
