In fact it would make my life easier and ALSO give my agenda a boost and quick fix if everything on this page:
http://falconryforum.co.uk/forums.php is removed from Non Subscribed Members after the AUCTIONS, BIRDMART, EXCHANGE & CLASSIFIEDS SECTION (Upgraded Accounts Only) Section
Glad to see you've still got a sense of humour Paul

The astute business man in you know's only too well, that to take the action you suggest would create a duplicate of UKFF - and that would not be good business. Far for me to attempt in vain to direct your good sense tho'

You have already rigged the voting to suit your own agenda rather than the one Johny put forward. You have already made your own position entirely clear with your vote and you've already made it clear that you'll shuffle the 'don't care' contingent into your own vote pool.
So, people will not vote for the same reason I won't vote. It's a done deal.
Non Falconry topics on this forum include:
Politics.
Club 18.
Members Pictures.
Cooking and Recipes.
Stalking and Vermin Control.
Jokes for the Public and Open Forum.
Photography, Equipment, Reviews and Tutorials.
Non Falconry, Hobbies, Congratulations and Artwork.

That's a hefty chunk to be removing from non paying members and I wonder if people gaily casting their meaningless votes actually realise that.

Just look at the single thread: 'Come on guys, show us your Artwork'. That thread has 46,893 views and 928 comments/submissions. It's a beautiful thread that will no longer be available to by far the greater bulk of members. Now, some might mind that when they realise it.
All sense again Rene. And when the reality of the proposal takes place, watch how falconry threads become clogged up with irrelevancies - trust me, I'm sure it will happen

Johny, I really enjoy the non falconry stuff, not enough to pay for it though, Free site my ass,
It would just be another nail in the coffin, I have mostly supported the IFF but it seems its all about ££££££ now, but remember the dream, "the site will always be free"
Its getting quieter by the day.

Sean, if there's one thing I like about this site, it's the uncertainty of it's predicament. It's like everyday life.

Non falconry.... but who gives poo?

I'm re-reading Walsh's 'Lurchers & Longdogs' a brilliant little read that's long been forgotten.
What are your thoughts about a good all round rabbit/hare catching cross, nothing big like fox or deer. Something that turns on a sixpence, and has reserves of speed and stamina.... but more importantly fills the freezer? I guess I'm asking for the canine equivalent of a Parabuteo.... admitted it's a difficult one

Btw... it's for a friend who lives oversea.
