Probably not a great help but I know of two hand reared barn owls that later bred naturally (together).

Hi Jeff I bred off my imprint female barn owl with a Male barn owl which was not imprinted when put together I had to watch them really carefully as the Male kept on attacking the female but after a few days it eased and they bonded and got some nice young off them but not all barn owls will bond and could be seriously hurt or killed hope this helps
