Get rid of the stupid forum name , and someone might take you serious!

Secondly , it might help if you put up what you have done already yourself?

You have been given good advice; not only is your chosen forum name a stupid choice and one which many will find objectionable. But it gives the impression that you are seeking attention and could think of nothing more appropriate.
That is rather a shame as your posts to date are well written and polite. So have a rethink on what you wish to call yourself.

Why not get some books on falconry and read and absorb the contents, then you will have a good basic knowledge when you progress to hands on experience ? Phillip Glacier, his daughter jemima Parry Jones and Martin Hollingshead have all written excellent excellent books. But whatever you do AVOID "The Harris Hawk" by Lee William Harris,
.

you right rob , good back ground is the key to the start. what you have to realise is someones might give you there time and experiences, but they will want to see you make the first steps. l have helped plenty of newbies, some worth it , some not. so if your serious , dont be the some not!phil

Have you looked to see if there are any falconers in the area. There is a club in Worstead near north Walsham. A bit of a distance from Fakenham but might have some contacts
