There is a search box on the lower blue bar on the top of the page. If you put your question in there you would have come up with this thread....

Default Help with resizing/Posting Pictures

I have posted this before but there are so many new members lately and some may have trouble posting pictures because they are the wrong size, if you click on this link you can download a picture resizer for Windows XP, it only takes a minute then you just right click on the picture and select the sie you want small is perfect for uploading to the Forum...hope this helps graham

I dont think it is mate, im trying to find one for vista but im having difficulty

Nope, not compatible with Vista, its for XP only.

Use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, if you have it. I'm using Vista & its on my PC. Just right click the photo, open with "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" Click Edit pictures on the toolbar at the top LHS and a re size option should be listed on the right. At the bottom you will see resize, check the predifined tab and select your size, remembering to confirm the size by clicking the OK button at the bottom.
