Default Hawk seen SE of Haslemere, Surrey

My gamekeeper neighbour has just rung to say that he saw a large hawk (not a known species) wearing jesses sitting on a post about 3 miles SE of Haslemere at about 09.00 27 Feb. He estimates that the bird is large enough to take a rabbit.

I see that I too am discrimated against regarding PM's
Hovell Copse SU942334. You'll put up a couple of buzzards who live there but they don't wear jesses. Any problems try reversing 77414568770

Seen about 500 meteres S.W. of this position this morning. Bird stands about 14" high with dark underside. Not a UK species.
